The campaign includes a ticketed luncheon on September 21, 2023 as well as virtual content available through all online platforms. This is Restoration Housing’s main fundraising event of the year, providing necessary financial support and exposure to fulfill our mission.

This is the story of a house once forgotten. From its broken state, hope emerged through the caring hands of Restoration Housing. The house, once lost amidst history, found new life and purpose. With each brush of paint and restored detail, the house became a symbol of resilience, inclusion, and community.

Luncheon – September 21, 2023

Our Preserve Luncheon returns Thursday, September 21 with an engaging presentation by Tom Low that will explore the critical need for Middle Housing in our community. Mr. Low is a pioneer of the New Urbanism movement through his award winning urban design work including master plans for villages, neighborhoods, towns, and cities as well as infill and redevelopment plans. His work experience includes over 200 multi-day master planning design charrettes and serving as Managing Partner of DPZ’s Charlotte office from 1995 to 2013. As Director of Civic By Design, he continues to advance New Urbanism projects and best practices. We are excited to host this year’s luncheon at the City Market Building’s Charter Hall.
